Health Department of Madison, IL

Headed by Doug Burris, the Madison Health Department is in charge of conditions that affect the health and safety of all Madison residents. Trash, debris, high weeds and unsanitary and/or unhealthy living conditions that can cause and spread illness are all under the scope of the Madison Health Department. It's an important responsibility that requires dedication and vigilance, as well as the willingness of residents to report situations that they may come across that may constitute a public health hazard.
